RSVP Requested: Fourth of July Party

Fourth of July Party: Please plan on joining us for our annual Fourth of July Party!   Activities for members and guests to look forward to on the 4th include a giant inflatable water slide, field games conducted by our lifeguards and staff, and pool games and contests for kids and adults. Also, kids may want to bring a pair of goggles for the coin toss! In the past, we’ve asked members to help with cleaning up and decorating the pavilion, decorating the pool area, and preparing the food, coolers, and adult beverages. In the coming days, we’ll email out more information and a link for volunteers to sign up for specific tasks needed in preparing for the big day. We’ll also plan on having our annual BCC Fourth of July cornhole tournament. Please visit the following page to RSVP, and let us know the number of people eating and the number of people wanting to play cornhole: https://briarcliffclub.org/4th-of-july-party-2024/ The club will provide burgers and hot dogs, chips, pasta salad, and watermelon. We’ll also have lots of waters. We’ll ask any willing members to bring desserts (cookies, rice crispy treats, etc.). Like previous years, we’ll have 2 different beers on tap (with limes) and wine for the adults. Please RSVP by Tuesday, July 2nd. We look forward to celebrating with everyone! Overflow Parking Map: We’ve put together an overflow parking map to help guide BCC members and guests with an ideal parking concept on days the BCC is crowded. Please use this map for guidance for the remainder of the year, including on the Fourth of July. The map can be found at the following link: https://briarcliffclub.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/BCC-Overflow-Parking-Map.pdf   Thanks!
