Sun 11-8. After OR schools close for summer: Daily 11 -9, Friday open late until 11 PM • Adult unguarded swim begins opening day 5/18 from 6 AM – 11 AM • Private parties will be scheduled: 9 PM – 11 PM. Will also offer daytime party time of 9 AM – 11 AM. Glenn Brook will email Head Guard Ben Williams when parties are scheduled so Ben can schedule lifeguards • Discussed unguarded family swim time for August when guards are less available. If we do this, we need to create a new waiver. Will discuss further later in the summer • Cleanup day 5/11 from 10 AM – 2 PM. Will send out email reminder to all • Opening party: Friday June 7 adults-only wine and cheese party. Will ask everyone to bring wine and cheese to share. Kid party Saturday June 8 and will be potluck. BCC will provide hot dogs • Susan Wood reviewed potential lifeguard list. Ben Williams will be head guard. Have 4 FT guards 5 Associates and 3 Substitutes. All but 1 guard has worked for BCC before
