End of Season Announcements Including a Need for Board Members in 2023

This coming off-season, we’ll need to begin working on filling several vacancies within our Board of Directors. If anyone is interested or would like more information, please contact us at support@briarcliffclub.freshdesk.com

Interested members will be invited to meet with current board members and discuss opportunities to serve on the Board. Only BCC shareholders are able to serve on the Board of Directors.

Brief summaries of the positions which will be available at the start of next year are listed below:

Membership: Processes share purchases and share transfers. Assists potential members / renters with information pertaining to memberships pricing and availability as the season approaches. Works with the treasurer with invoices. Keeps an active list of BCC members updated on the website.

Treasurer: Keeps up with the BCC financials throughout the season, providing updates at our monthly board meetings. Provides financial information to the BCC accountant for tax purposes. Collects, signs, and distributes paychecks to BCC staff/lifeguards.

Lifeguards: Responsible for the hiring of lifeguards and staff. Provides a communication chain between members and lifeguards. Ensures supplies needed by lifeguards/staff to fulfill their BCC facilities upkeep are in stock.
