The BCC pool gate codes have been changed this season. Partly because the new gate security system had to be installed and it would be time consuming to try to resurrect old codes, and partly because of the need to verify that everyone’s information has been properly transferred to the new website.

 

 

But before your codes are revealed, one of the family members with access to the website must verify that all the shareholder and members information has been correctly imported from the previous website, in particular all family members and children’s birth years are properly recorded. In order to do this, please log in to the website, and navigate to Members->Household Membersor click https://briarcliffclub.org/my-members/. Update any members’ information in the table (instructions how to edit entries are below the table). When all the information looks correct, click on the “Members info is correct” link under the members table. Your family codes should now appear under Members->Pool Gate Codes. The verification process is only required once.
