We have confirmed that we have the Oakey’s Sports Grill meeting room beginning at 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 30th. Please RSVP by using the following link: Annual Shareowners Meeting 2025 The BCC will provide appetizers to attending members. Any beverages other than waters will need to be purchased by members. By RSVP-ing, it helps us get a better idea of how many appetizers to order. We’ll email out the meeting agenda and any additional information prior to Sunday. CORRECTION FROM THE PREVIOUS EMAIL:  We are planning on sending out 2025 BCC O&M Invoices beginning Tuesday, April 1st. The deadline for payment of O&M fees without penalty will be Thursday, May 1st.

BCC Annual Meeting, Board Member Vacancy, and O&M Fee Information

Briarcliff Community Club (BCC) Annual Meeting Announcement: We are planning to have our BCC annual meeting this coming Sunday, March 30th at 6:00 pm. We will announce the location as soon as we verify availability, but we anticipate it being similar to the past few years. Board Member Vacancy: We currently have one board member position that will need to be filled for the upcoming pool season. If you would like to nominate a BCC member to fill the vacant board member position, please email president@briarcliffclub.org. You can also email the aforementioned email address with questions regarding said vacancy. 2025 BCC Pool Season Operations & Maintenance Invoices: We are planning on sending out 2025 BCC O&M Invoices beginning Tuesday, April 2nd.
