Pool Opening

Thanks to the hard work of our summer guards, the board, and several volunteers we are happy to announce that the pool is ready to open tomorrow (Sunday May 17th) at 1 pm to enjoy this early very warm weather! For those who still need to pick up fobs, we will be available from 1 pm to 3 pm tomorrow to hand out fobs at the pool. Also, as with any new technology we know there will always be some hiccups!  If your fobs are not working, please send us a message using the Contact Us page.  We will address and work through issues this week as they arise; just please be patient with us! Lastly just a reminder,  we will be unguarded swim likely till Friday (unless we have guards available before then). Please make sure to follow the rules for unguarded swim during this time. A few additional items: – We are adding a key fob time next Friday May 22nd from 2 to 5.  If you are ABSOLUTELY not able to make either time please contact me by sending a message through the Contact Us page.  – We will have some printed forms at key fob pick up if you are not able to print at home to fill out before coming.     Thanks,  Rose

Pool Updates

Sorry!  The first email sent out yesterday was not completed and it somehow sent out when I hit the wrong button! 🙂  Then a lot of people didn’t recieve the second email – perhaps because of all the hyperlinks that were in it. Here is the full email: Good Morning, Please carefully review all information in this email.  We have a lot of information to share! Pool Opening – Due to necessary tile work that is being done this week, the pool will not be open this weekend.  The pool will be open for unguarded on Friday May 22nd.  If the work is completed and ready for use earlier we will let everyone know. Key Fob Pick Up- Saturday May 16th from 9 to 12 – Brittney and Rose Anne will be at the pool giving out the key fobs to members.  Please stop by and get your fobs for this season!  (Note: Pool Codes will no longer work for pool entrance).  If you truly can not make this time please let us know, otherwise p. We will be working to get the pool set up and ready on Saturday morning as well, so feel free to help out when you come by for the fobs!   Updated Pool Forms – Since it has been many years for some since we have updated pool forms, we are asking everyone to please update the following forms.  Please bring completed forms with you to the fob pick up or submit them back to us by email if necessary.
