O&M invoices to be sent out on March 4th, rental applications will be processed in order received

The BCC club is preparing for the new pool season, including finalizing the O&M fees and rental amounts for season 2024. We expect to be sending out O&M invoices on March 4th to all the share owners.

We will likely start processing rental applications around the same time. While the rental fees have not been set yet for season 2024, we encourage potential renters to submit the rental application here as applications will be processed in order we receive them. BCC club will contact you before finalizing the rental agreement.
