Operations and Maintenance Fee Invoices and Payment Deadlines:

Hello BCC Members,

Operations and Maintenance Fee Invoices are scheduled to be sent out Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 via PayPal. The O&M fee for BCC Members for the 2023 calendar year will be $550.00. Membership dues will be accepted beginning March 22nd. The last day for payment of dues without being assessed a late fee is Saturday, April 22nd. A late fee penalty will be added to fees received between April 23rd through May 5th. Any member not paying their yearly O&M fee by Saturday, May 6th, 2023 will be subject to membership forfeiture.
